Mr. Keil
Mr. Keil

Mr. Keil is a very hard working Teacher. He often arrives at school at 7:00 am and leaves after
5:00. He is an amazing teacher who has always been an advocate and ally to all of the students he has taught. He has a “ladies first” policy as he teaches the boys in his class to be gentlemen. Mr. Keil never gives up on students, he keeps working with them until they are successful. He is always very patient with his students he always takes the needed time to ensure the students understand the concepts of his classes. He uses the most up to date technology he can get his hands on to help his students. He spends hours getting orders together to get new equipment for the school.

! Mr. Keil is a wonderful teacher and is a giant part of the success the CTE program has. Mr. Keil is always willing to help team teach, he currently teaches CTE careers, and CTE technology to help the student load of Mr. Oldroyd and Mrs. Gambles. Many times Mr. Keil has stayed after school to help Mr. Oldroyd cut, plane, joint, and square up stock for use in the technology class. Mr. Keil also spends much time helping his fellow teachers with their technology needs. Mr. Keil offers to help other teachers by incorporating what they are doing into his own curriculum as a way to collaborate with other subjects being taught in the school. Mrs. Johnson has written the following statement about Mr. Keil, I know many of us Teachers share the same sentiments about him. “Truly, Bill is an inspiration to me, I try and follow in his foot steps and have found that I can be a better teacher when I listen and learn from him. I appreciate all he does for our CTE team. Thank you for being a model teacher who truly does make a world of difference for those around him.”

A little known fact about Mr. Keil is his affection of cats. Many teachers often Meow at Mr. Keil in the hall as a way to give him a shout out for his love of cats. Please feel free to meow at Mr. Keil when you see him in the hall or bring cat paraphernalia to adorn his desk.
