New Student to SRMS?
Are you new to Sunset Ridge Middle School? We need: a withdrawal slip (if enrolled in a school currently), Birth Certificate (original), Immunizations (must be up to date, list of immunizations that are needed for middle school are located in the Counseling Center tab), Proof of Address (click below for form and a list of what is accepted.) Not sure you belong to Sunset Ridge Middle School. Go to www.jordandistrict.org. Click on Parent/Student and then Boundaries and Bus Stops to find out.
Open Enrollment is from July 30th to August 10th Log in to Skyward to do so.
