When talking with students and their parents, Tim is always looking for a solution that everyone will feel good about. He always has the best interests of the student and Sunset Ridge in mind.

Tim helps out various departments in the building get and do what they need so students can be taught well by the teachers. This is true whether his talking about World Languages or school musicals.
